Cheese Balls


1 cup of grated cheese
1/2 cup of flour (or bread crumbs)
3 pieces of egg, separated
4 tablespoons of sugar
cooking oil


Combine grated cheese, flour, egg yolks and sugar.
Fold in stiff beaten egg white.
Shape into balls.
Deep fry on hot oil until balls are golden brown.
Drain excess oil with paper towels and serve hot.

You can use bread crumbs and sesame seeds. :)

Yields: 30 pieces
